- University degree or above in Technical Information University
- Good knowledge & experience in following programming tools : Java ( Seasar2/Tapestry/Service Mix), Ruby, C#/VB.NET…
- Good written and spoken English or Japanese is a must.
- well-organised and at least 2 years of management or leadership experience
- Good sense of teamwork or independantly and responsibility, initiative, hard working
- Be able to go for business trip in Japan. |

|
- Lead and monitor members in group to complete project timely, effectively & successfully
- Study customers’requirements, analyse & make system design
- Make the project master plan & execution plan in detail
- Make periodical report to customers relating to project process & other report as required
- Be incharge of managing schedule, budget, quality, scope of project & making the price quotation as assigned
- Provide support and problem resolution; collaborate with teams to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction |
