The consultant’s detailed responsibilities include: • Create and maintain project plan and budget; • Training of customer’s key user(s) on product functionality and setup; • Ensure that project deliverables are met and that objectives are achieved; • Provide project status and budgetary reports to client’s management; • Consult customer on industry best-practices; • Provide post implementation support when required.
