- Support global customers (mainly American) via email, instant messenger and phone.
- Handle content of customer care webpages.
- Receive, summarize and report customer feedback to developers.
- Research the market and make suggestions to improve products.
- Report to Senior CS Executive, Sales Marketing Manager and BOD. |
